Graduation Things Pt. 2, Week 9: Routine 1

And so I kicked things off for the first-ever routine by Jim Kwik, a brain and sensory coach. His morning routine became well-known for its effectiveness and has been named "The Billion Dollar Routine". I also saw a few videos of other people trying the routine out, so I thought if it's doable to them, it's doable to me.

As I said before, he was famous for his morning routine and did not have a full daily routine, which is why I had to search for more tasks to add to the routine. In one of his videos, he did mention a nighttime ritual, so I used that routine's task and added it to make it a whole routine. And as for in the middle of the day, I'll be doing my work, having classes, and exercising.


The routine:

  1. Morning - Wake up & Recall Dreams - Make Bed - Breathing Exercise - Intense Movement - Cold Shower - Get Ready - Make Tea - Journal - Read - Make Brain Smoothies

  2. Middle of the day - Work/Classes - Chores - Exercise

  3. Night - Review the day ( by talking/Journalling) - End with Gratitude - Meditate - Read - Sleep
