So here comes the final outcome, I made 2 videos, each compiled of the 2 routines I did. In the end, I did not manage to do the 3rd routine but turn's out I'm kinda okay with the information I got from the routines I already did. And here's the final outcome for my book, Reward & Routine Maker.
