Graduation Things Pt. 2, Week 10: Routine 2

A new week, and a new beginning. And a new routine.

For this week, we'll be doing a routine by Hitomi Mochizuki. She's famous on Youtube, where her contents are mostly about lifestyle vlogs and her journey in healing spiritually. So same as Jim Kwik, she does not have any content that talks about a full daily routine, but she does have morning and night routines that I could pick from. So as you know, she's a lifestyle Youtuber, she has tons of experience in living in different places, which is why she has different types of routines that I could pick from.

So among all the routines that she has, why pick these 2? Apparently, her morning routine is quite famous, but that's not the only reason, it's that the routine actually shows calmness and peace, which made me want to try it out as well. On the other hand, the nighttime routine I chose has more tasks in a way? And also, it lets me work out twice a day.

  1. Morning - Wake Up - Make Bed - Drink Water - Yoga Practice - Pranayama Meditation - Workout - Cold Shower - Get ready - Chores - Work - Breakfast

  2. Middle of the Day - Work

  3. Night - Workout - Chores - Shower - Dinner - Hobby Time - Journalling - Light Meditation - Clean Up - Light Stretches - Snooze
