Graduation Things Pt. 2, Week 8: Rearranging Sh*t

And so I started my journey of getting myself back on track, I started off rearranging what I find hard to do during my first attempt at the routine.

  1. Testing Period So I had too much confidence when I started I did not think my mentality will be affected by it so much, I keep overthinking that it will be so long till is over, so I've reduced the period from 1 week to 3 days, which is a decent amount of time to complete and experience the routine.

  2. Wake Up Time I was too ambitious with this too HAHA. I woke up at 5 am during my first attempt, and I tried really hard to set my mindset positive when I was dreading so much, which is one of the reasons why my mood took a huge swing, so I adjusted to a time I could accept which is 7 am.

  3. Filming Method In the first attempt, I filmed while talking which in a way I had to put on a facade that my day went great when I was having such a bad mood, and so to not let the filming affect my experience with the routine I decided to do a voiceover video instead, so I don't have to care so much during the filming.
