Week 2 is hereee, and what a better way to start a class, a workshop! Yasss.
So as we all know, we all did some quizzes last week based on our personality and design type, then we were told to insert our result in an excel sheet. And so we then were told that we will be splitting into groups based on our quiz results.
The Workshop

Clarifying Intent Workshop. The name of the workshop is quite self-explanatory, the aim of this workshop is to understand our intention in graphic designing. And so these are the questions that are given on the board that we have to discuss together and mindmap it:
What sort of designer/illustrator are you and do you want to become?
What ideas are you interested in and why?
What media/approaches do you use/want to use and why?
What sorts of audiences are you hoping to address or work with and why?
As you can see, our group board can be a little hectic, but it wasn't like that at the beginning.
At first, it all begins quite simple, just a normal mindmap, but as we move to the next question we start to warm up to each other, and discuss the things we agree on and as well new opinions that we could learn from each other.
To summarize the overall experience turns out the group that I'm in, we actually had similar opinions when it comes to intention to create, we want to make situations that could start a discussion, which in a way people will understand each other's point of view by communicating with each other, and create a sense of empathy when approaching any subject.
