T&T, Week 7: Semiotics.

After learning about Legends in infographics, semiotic signs also plays a huge part in differentiating the data. There are 3 types of semiotics sign, and here's a break down of it.

1. Icon - Usually in a simplified form of an illustration. Gets the meaning across easily for the image or illustration is the same as the definition.

2. Symbol - In a form of which is not signified, whereas the individual either needs to do further research or has already seen and understood it already.

3. Index - In an indirect form of explaining the related subject by connecting it with another object.

My topic of the assignment is Premarital sex, and to find something unsexual is hard, but after looking through the research framework and understanding the keywords, I've managed to find 50 signs related to the topic.

The keywords were:

1. Judgment

2. Chasity

3. Religion

4. Abortion

5. Self- Control

6. Shame

7. Self-love
