At the end of the semester, we were told to make a small project that could relate to the project in the next coming semester called EOAT. So during this project called 24 things cause we have 24 students in class and the topic of the project is using an object and turning it into something that we don't see it being used most of the time.
So the object given in this project was a pink latex glove. And I look into the different ways latex gloves are used. And I stumble upon a post on Tumblr, where they put warm water into a glove which somehow could mimic a hand warmth. Right then, I also tried it out myself, it's funny in a way that we're in a pandemic now and people are having a harder time meeting up, let alone interact with each other. So with that in mind, I just started to go with the idea.
Warmth
Being single can be lonely sometimes, and we'd find ways to keep us entertained, like binging romantic shows or eating a whole tub of ice cream, you know, just to feel something. Though it can get sad and desperate, that's what makes us human. We crave intimacy from others, and not everyone has somebody to be intimate with. But what if you could feel something as close as holding hands with just a glove and some warm water? I'd say give it a shot. Just by filling the glove with warm water creates a sensation as if it's the warmth of a person's hand. It's not a lot, but at least it's close
